I am a 21-year military combat veteran, retired Army Chief Warrant Officer, an InterNACHI trained and certified home inspector, and a Missouri state licensed Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (OWTS) Inspector. As a home owner I have personally experienced poor quality home inspections - to ensure this doesn't happen to you, I have gone well above and beyond the standards of Missouri's Home Inspection requirements.
I completed InterNACHI's Home Inspector certificate program, as well as taken additional in-person training at InterNACHI's "House of Horrors" in Boulder, CO. I have also completed Missouri's Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) Installer and Inspector courses. My professional training coupled with a detail-oriented career as a Military Intelligence professional ensures you will have the best home inspection available. As a Douglas County resident, I enjoy taking care of my cattle, dogs, and other farm animals, as well as renovating our old farmhouse.
